An assortment of cheeses, red peppers, avocados, humus, celery, eggs and a little bit of chicken.
Oh – and some stale nuts we roasted and chopped up.
Time to combine, chicken, chopped celery and nuts,
Now for the red peppers and the last of the humus instead of mayonnaise. And some hot sauce.
Mix, mix and mix. Add a little curry powder to taste.
What to put the creation into – how about two avocado halves!
